Con el presente auto la Sala Plena procedió a levantar la suspensión de términos en el proceso de la referencia y a resolver las solicitudes de nulidad formuladas en contra de los Autos 044/21 y 515/21.
Luego de revisar los argumentos del peticionario, la Corte decidió NEGAR las solicitudes de nulidad formuladas por el ciudadano Harold Eduardo Sua Montaña, por no cumplir con el requisito de carga argumentativa.
